By accessing lktailor.com or using any services of L & K Custom Tailor (“we“, “us“, “our“), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
1. Definitions
- “Customer” / “You”: Any person or entity placing an order or using our services.
- “Products”: Custom-made suits, shirts, jackets, trousers, overcoats, tuxedos, and accessories.
- “Services”: Tailoring, measurement sessions, alterations, consultations, and shipping.
2. Ordering & Contract Formation
- All orders are custom-made and non-cancellable once fabric is cut (typically within 48 hours of payment).
- A contract is formed when we send an Order Confirmation Email.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order without reason.
3. Measurements & Fit Guarantee
A. Your Responsibility
- You must provide accurate body measurements using our guide or during in-store sessions.
- We are not liable for fit issues due to inaccurate or incomplete measurements.
B. One-Time Free Alteration
- We offer one free minor alteration (e.g., sleeve length ±2 cm, waist ±3 cm) within 90 days of delivery.
- Major changes (e.g., full recut) are charged at cost.
- Return shipping for alterations is at your expense.
C. Final Sale
All custom garments are final sale after the free alteration period.
4. Pricing & Payment

5. Production & Delivery

- Delays due to customs, holidays, or supply chain issues are not our liability.
- You will receive tracking once shipped.
6. Shipping & Risk
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- International customers are responsible for:
- Customs clearance
- Import duties & taxes
- Providing correct address in English
7. Intellectual Property
- All garment designs, patterns, and website content are © L & K Custom Tailor.
- You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit custom patterns without written consent.
8. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
We follow no refund and no return policy since our products are custom made as per measurements provided by you.
9. Warranty & Liability
- We warrant materials and workmanship for 1 year from delivery.
- Normal wear, improper care, or alterations by third parties void the warranty.
10. Care Instructions
- Dry clean only (unless specified).
- Avoid machine washing, bleaching, or ironing on high heat.
- We are not liable for damage due to improper care.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by:
- Natural disasters
- War, pandemic, or government restrictions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Carrier delays
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governed by: Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- Disputes: Resolved in Hong Kong courts.
- Language: English prevails in case of conflict.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes means acceptance.
